About consultant assignments

Work Order Revision (Extension) – when the Hiring Manager identifies the need to extend Consultant’s assignment beyond its original end date, they initiate a Work Order Revision in SAP Fieldglass. The request is then reviewed by the Scania MSP team for compliance and sent to you the Suppliers for approval.

Worker Termination – if a worker resigns, the Supplier must inform the Scania MSP team. The feedback/reason will be shared with the Hiring Manager. The Scania MSP team will then terminate worker’s assignment in SAP Fieldglass. Once the termination is processed, the Supplier will receive an email notification confirming that the assignment has been ended.

All time & expenses must be reported in SAP Fieldglass by the Consultants.
Hiring Manager will review and approve submitted timesheet in SAP Fieldglass.

The reported and approved time will be the foundation used by Suppliers when issuing invoices to Scania CV AB or TRATON AB.
